Hunched beneath the surface

A ripple sinks I know you’re there

Vulnerable at the surface

I’m always near you worlds apart

Divided by the surface

I saw your stones, I watched them glide

Falling slowly like leaves

I crawled above when you weren’t there

Cryptic in the leaves

I came by night and fled by day

Returned back through the surface

I found your claws inside my realm

Stretched upto the surface
