Half-seen movement, something huge

in cartoon rain- lurking, stalking-

canary suit, with a red fez hat-

fists are crashing down in rage

 

Walking through the forest,

with purple trees and a purple cat-

it pulls off its head and throws it

 

Somewhere in a ghost town,

the cowboys all are monsters-

action figures, bad ghostbusters

 

A barbeque-

I’m on the menu

 

Mannequins, in a department store,

start bleeding from their necks.

 

Waking up, beneath butterflies-

they fly away.
