Phantom Pain

First there was pain,

then there was rot

When it was gangrene,

a dotted line was crossed

The decision which this made,

within my nerves is locked

The saw that cut away,

forever now it sways

The part of me I lost,

haunts me every way

First there was pain,

now there is lots

The two car garage

has one empty spot,

where oil still drips
