Two individuals communicate through ESP—unwittingly

As one individual thinks a thought the other receives the thought.

The only response to the thought is of course, a thought.

As this happens, thoughts ping-pong back and forth between them.

As this happens they each believe the thoughts are only their own

The two have never met and know nothing of the other’s existence.

In consequence of their communicating, respective identities reveal

However neither individual accepts the other to be legitimate.

The two share a reality, chalked up to fantasy.
